This policy explains how Dovetly, Republic of Moldova [company details], the provider of dovetly.com and app.dovetly.com, handles personal data. Contact: hello@dovetly.com.

Data we collect

  • Account data: the email address, name and company used for your login.
  • Integration configuration: the access keys and settings you provide so we can connect your apps. Keys are stored encrypted.
  • Operational data: status and logs of your integrations so we can monitor and support them.
  • Communications: messages you send us, including what you write in the Describe it form.

Payment data

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle collects the billing and card information needed to process your payment and issue invoices under its own privacy policy. We don't receive or store your full card details.

Data that flows through integrations

To deliver the Service, our integrations move data between the third-party apps you connect (for example, a client's name, phone and message passing from a messenger to your CRM). We process this data on your instructions, as a processor, solely to run the integration you asked for. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to process the data of your own customers.

How we use data

To provide, maintain, monitor and support the Service, to bill you (via Paddle), and to communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We share data only with: Paddle (payments); the third-party apps you choose to connect; and the hosting providers in the European Union used to run the Service. We don't sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and configuration data while your account is active, and delete or anonymise operational data on a rolling basis once it's no longer needed for support.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@dovetly.com.

Cookies

The account uses a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
