Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website dovetly.com, the account at app.dovetly.com and the integration services (the "Service") provided by Dovetly, Republic of Moldova [company details] ("Dovetly", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide ready-made integrations that connect two third-party apps you already use (such as a CRM, a messenger, a marketplace, an accounting system or a website form) so that data moves between them automatically, and an account where you connect them, see their status and manage your subscription. On request we also build integrations that aren't on the list, on the same platform, at a price we agree with you before work begins.

2. Accounts

You create an account when you connect your first integration. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

3. Access keys

To run an integration you give us access keys for the two connected apps, for example an API key, a token or a webhook address. We store them encrypted and use them only to run the integration you asked for. You can remove a key from your account at any time; the integration stops until a working key is back.

4. Fees, subscriptions and billing

  • Each ready-made integration has a flat monthly price shown on the site, whatever the volume of data it moves.
  • A custom integration is quoted and agreed with you before work begins.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Prices are in US dollars.
  • All payments are processed and invoiced by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes and receipts. We don't receive or store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any month, from your account or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the integration keeps running until then. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Keeping it running

We monitor the integrations you've switched on. When one of the connected apps changes its API, we fix the integration on our side, within a working day.

7. Third-party services

Integrations connect to third-party platforms that have their own terms and pricing. You authorise us to access those systems on your behalf as needed to provide the Service, and you remain responsible for your own accounts and any fees charged by those providers.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to process data you aren't authorised to process.

9. Availability and liability

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and work to keep integrations running, but we don't guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the affected integration in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through your account or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different forum.
