1C and Google Sheets, ready to switch on

Invoices, payments and shipments land on their own tabs with numbers, dates, customers and totals, and stock counts are refreshed in place so a formula above them reads today's number. You paste the service address and a link to your sheet, and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

  3. Post one test document
A minute or two. Post a document in 1C and watch its row appear on the right sheet. From then on we watch it for you.

Before you decide

Does anything get written back into 1C?

No. The books are read, never edited. That is the point of putting the numbers in a sheet: the people who need them stop asking for a screenshot, and nothing they do can change the accounting.

Who can see the sheet?

Whoever you share it with. Since it holds customer names and sums, most teams keep it shared with named people rather than with a link, and we work with either.

Anything to know about 1C?

1C has to answer over HTTPS through the standard exchange HTTP service; on an office server your administrator publishes it first.

Anything to know about Google Sheets?

Google Sheets doesn't tell anyone when a cell changes, so anything we read back out of a sheet is picked up on a short schedule rather than the moment you type it.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
