Can the team edit the sheet?

Yes. We rewrite only the columns we own; what you type elsewhere stays. An edit in Google Sheets doesn't change Bitrix24.

How far back does it go?

Can we report on funnels this way?

Anything to know about Bitrix24?

An inbound webhook carries the permissions of the user who created it, so make it as an administrator or as someone who sees every deal.

Google Sheets doesn't tell anyone when a cell changes, so anything we read back out of a sheet is picked up on a short schedule rather than the moment you type it.
