Bitrix24 and 1C, ready to switch on

Invoices from the deal go to 1C, payments come back and move the deal, and stock and prices from 1C show in the Bitrix24 catalog. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Bitrix24 webhook and the 1C HTTP service address
Each has a short guide. About eight minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Send one test invoice
A minute or two. Create an invoice in a test deal and watch it appear in 1C. From then on we watch it for you.

When Bitrix24 or 1C changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which 1C does this work with?

1C Accounting, Trade Management and ERP, in the cloud or on your own server. Your 1C administrator publishes the standard exchange HTTP service and creates a user for it; we do the rest.

Which side is the source of truth?

1C for products, prices, stock and payments. Bitrix24 for deals and the invoices your managers issue. The only thing the CRM writes into 1C is the invoice itself.

Does 1C need to be reachable from the internet?

Yes, we reach it over HTTPS with the login and password you give us. If 1C lives on an office server, your administrator publishes the service the way 1C's own documentation describes. We check that the address answers the moment you paste it.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
