Brevo and HubSpot, ready to switch on
New HubSpot contacts join the Brevo list you choose with the attributes you map, and what Brevo sent, who opened it and who unsubscribed is written back onto the contact. You paste two keys in your account and we switch it on for you.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact joins a Brevo list | HubSpot to Brevo | Within seconds | With the attributes you map, which have to exist in Brevo before the first contact lands |
| Campaign activity comes back | Brevo to HubSpot | Within seconds | What was sent, what was opened and what was clicked, on the HubSpot timeline |
| Unsubscribes | Brevo to HubSpot | Within seconds | Marked on the contact, so nobody mails them by hand from the CRM afterwards |
| Brevo deals stay where they are | In Brevo | Always | Brevo has a small CRM of its own, and we leave it alone unless you ask us not to |
| One address, one contact | Both ways | Every change | Matched by email, with HubSpot treated as the master for names and phone numbers |
How to set up Brevo and HubSpot

- Choose Brevo and HubSpotPress Connect. This pair is already selected on the checkout page at $39 a month, and there's nothing else to pick.
- Pay and open your accountCard or invoice, about two minutes. The account opens with this integration waiting for its two keys.

Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about six minutes for both. - We check both keysEach key is checked against Brevo's and HubSpot's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
- Add one test contact, then we switch it onA minute or two. Add a contact with your own address in HubSpot and watch it appear on the list in Brevo. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.
When Brevo or HubSpot changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.
- Everything in the table above, with monitoring on.
- Fixes when either app changes its API.
- A person on live chat, weekdays 10:00 to 19:00 EET.
- Custom logic beyond the table is priced separately.
What it will cost once you can switch it on yourself. While we're in beta we connect it by hand and don't charge for it.
Ways to connect Brevo and HubSpot
Two ways people connect these two, and what each one asks of you.
Before you decide
Which side owns the contact?
You choose, field by field, and we set it before switching on. The common answer is that the CRM owns the phone and the owner, and the email tool owns consent and tags.
Do unsubscribes really carry over?
Yes, and that is the row worth reading twice. Someone who opts out in Brevo is marked in HubSpot within seconds, which is what keeps a manual export from mailing them again.
Anything to know about Brevo?
Contact attributes are defined for the whole account, so a field like Country or Plan has to exist in Brevo before we can fill it in.
Anything to know about HubSpot?
Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
