HubSpot and Trello, ready to switch on
New deals become cards in the Trello list you choose with the amount and the owner on them, and moving a card to another list moves the deal to the stage you mapped. You paste two keys in your account and we switch it on for you.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| New deal becomes a card | HubSpot to Trello | Within seconds | In the list you choose, with the amount, the owner and a link back to the deal |
| Card moves the deal | Trello to HubSpot | Within seconds | The lists you map are stages, so a card dragged to Proposal moves the deal to Proposal |
| Stage moves the card | HubSpot to Trello | Within seconds | The same mapping the other way round, for the half of the team that lives in the CRM |
| Card comments | Trello to HubSpot | Within seconds | Added to the deal timeline with their author, so the CRM keeps the discussion too |
| Labels you already use | HubSpot to Trello | With every card | The deal source or its priority becomes a label that exists on the board |

Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about eight minutes for both. - We check both keysEach key is checked against HubSpot's and Trello's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
- Win one test deal, then we switch it onA minute or two. Move a test deal to the stage you chose and watch the card appear in the list. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.
When HubSpot or Trello changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.
- Everything in the table above, with monitoring on.

- A person on live chat, weekdays 10:00 to 19:00 EET.

Ways to connect HubSpot and Trello
Two ways people connect these two, and what each one asks of you.
Before you decide
Which deals create work?
The ones that reach a stage you name. Most teams start at won, then add a second trigger once they see it working.
Does delivery have to open the CRM?
No, that is the point. Everything they need lands on the card: the customer, the amount, the notes. Sales gets the finish date back without asking for a status update.
Is the board in charge, or the CRM?
Both, in the places you pick. Lists you map move the deal, and anything else on the board is just the board. We agree the mapping with you before switching on.
Does Trello have a CRM system?
Trello is a board, not a CRM, and this pair keeps it that way. HubSpot stays the CRM; new deals become cards in the list you choose with the amount and the owner, and dragging a card to a list you mapped moves the deal to that stage. Card comments go onto the deal timeline, so the CRM keeps the discussion too.
What apps integrate with HubSpot?
Slack, WhatsApp, Shopify, Stripe, Typeform, ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Discord, Asana, Trello, Notion, Calendly, Pipedrive, Twilio, Brevo, Airtable, Mailchimp, Jira, Intercom, WooCommerce, Google Sheets and Webflow, all ready-made and all on the same private app token, from the free CRM up. If yours isn't there, describe it and a person replies with a price within a working day.
Anything to know about HubSpot?
Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.
Anything to know about Trello?
The token belongs to the member who created it, so cards appear as created by that person, and the connection stops if they leave the workspace.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
