Pipedrive and Slack, ready to switch on
New deals, the stage changes you name and every win land in the Slack channel you choose with the amount and the owner, and overdue activities go out as one morning message. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| New deal | Pipedrive to Slack | Within seconds | Title, organisation, value and owner, in the channel you choose |
| Stage change | Pipedrive to Slack | Within seconds | The stages you name, in that deal's thread, so the channel keeps one story per deal |
| Lost, with the reason | Pipedrive to Slack | Within seconds | The reason your team picked from the list, which is the part worth reading later |
| Overdue activities | Pipedrive to Slack | Weekday mornings at 08:30 | A direct message to each owner holding only their own list |
| Deals going quiet | Pipedrive to Slack | Monday mornings | The ones Pipedrive marks as rotting, in time for the pipeline meeting rather than after it |

Before you decide
Which way does it run?
Into the chat. Pipedrive stays the place where work is done, Slack is where the team sees it happen. Editing a deal from a message is a different job; tell us what you want and we price it.
Will it fill the channel?
You pick the stages and the pipeline that matter, and that is all that gets posted. Most teams start with new deals and wins, then add more once they see the volume.
Do the overdue reminders go to the whole channel?
No, to each owner directly, listing only what is theirs. A public list of who is behind makes people close activities rather than do them.
Can we post from more than one pipeline?
Yes, and it's usually worth it. Point each pipeline at its own channel while connecting, because a channel carrying new business and renewals together gets muted by the people who only follow one of them.
Anything to know about Pipedrive?
The API token belongs to your user, so deals and notes appear under your name unless you make a dedicated user for the integration.
Anything to know about Slack?
The bot has to be invited to a channel before it can post there; that's one command in Slack.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
