Shopify and Google Sheets, ready to switch on

Every Shopify order lands as a row in a Google Sheet you own, with the items, the totals and the customer, and the row updates when the order is paid, fulfilled or refunded. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Shopify Admin API token and the Google Sheets link
Each has a short guide. About seven minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Place one test order
A minute or two. Create a test order in Shopify and watch the row appear in the sheet. From then on we watch it for you.

When Shopify or Google Sheets changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Do I have to share the sheet with the whole internet?

No. Anyone-with-the-link is the quick way. If you'd rather not, share it only with the address our engineer sends you before switching on; that works the same.

Can I use my own template?

Yes. Tell us which columns you want and in which order while connecting. If you say nothing, we set up the standard columns on a fresh tab.

What if someone edits a row by hand?

The status column is overwritten on the next update from Shopify; everything else you type stays. Columns you add to the right of ours are never touched.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
