Stripe and Slack, ready to switch on

Successful payments, failed charges, refunds and new subscriptions each get a post in the Slack channel you choose, with the amount, the customer and a link to Stripe. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Stripe restricted key and the Slack bot token
Each has a short guide. About eight minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Make one test payment
A minute or two. Create a test payment in Stripe and watch the post appear in Slack. From then on we watch it for you.

When Stripe or Slack changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Can the key move money?

No. A restricted key with read access can only read. We never ask for your secret key.

Test mode or live?

Either. Paste a test-mode key first if you want to watch it work with test payments, then swap it for the live one in your account.

Which channels?

You choose one for payments and, if you like, another for failures and refunds. The bot has to be invited to each.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
