Shopify and WooCommerce, ready to switch on
Paid orders from Shopify are written into WooCommerce as orders, or the other way round, so one team packs from one queue, and a sale on either side lowers the stock count on the other. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order copied to the packing store | Shopify to WooCommerce | Within seconds | Or WooCommerce to Shopify, you pick the direction; lines matched by SKU, the customer created or found by email |
| Status follows the packing store | WooCommerce to Shopify | Within seconds | Fulfilled and refunded in the store that packs are written back to the store that sold |
| Stock kept level | Both ways | Within seconds | A sale on either side lowers the count on the other, matched by SKU, so two stores stop overselling one shelf |
| New products | Shopify to WooCommerce | When a product is published | Optional: title, description, images and variants become a draft product in the other store |
| Duplicate check | Both ways | Every order | The source order id is kept on the copy, so a retried webhook never packs an order twice |

Ways to connect Shopify and WooCommerce
Two ways people connect these two, and what each one asks of you.
Before you decide
Which store is the master for stock?
Whichever one your warehouse counts in. Tell us while connecting; the other store follows it, and a manual stock change in the master is copied across within seconds.
Do prices travel?
Only if you ask. Two storefronts often price differently on purpose, so by default a product copied across keeps the price you set in the second store.
Is there a built-in way to connect Shopify and WooCommerce?
Not from either vendor as a live link. The results are migration tools for moving a store from one to the other, and third-party connectors sold as plugins or apps. This pair is for running both at once: one packing queue and one stock count, with the rules fixed and a person keeping it working.
Does Shopify integrate with WooCommerce?
There's no built-in link from either vendor (see the question above). With this pair, paid orders from one store are written into the other so one team packs from one queue, fulfilment and refunds go back to the store that sold, and a sale on either side lowers the stock count on the other, matched by SKU. You paste a Shopify Admin API token and WooCommerce REST API keys; $39 a month.
How much does a Shopify WooCommerce integration cost?
$39 a month, flat, for both stores and whatever the order volume. It covers the order copy, the status write-back, the stock count, optional product copies, monitoring and fixes when either store changes its API. Both stores keep their own plans and hosting.
Anything to know about Shopify?
A custom app's Admin API token is shown once; if you lose it you create a new one from the same screen.
Anything to know about WooCommerce?
The REST API needs pretty permalinks switched on in WordPress, otherwise the API address doesn't answer at all.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
