Before you decide
Can we create a card from a message?
Not in this one. It runs into the chat so the team sees the board without living in it. If turning a message into a card is what you actually want, describe it and we price it.
How do we keep it quiet enough to read?
Pick the lists and the moves worth posting, and leave the rest out. You can add more later; taking noise away after people have muted the channel is harder.
Will it work in a group with a topic per project?
Yes. Tell us which board writes into which topic and the messages arrive there. Without topics they all land in the group, which is fine for one board and busy for five.
Do we hear about a card that is overdue?
Yes, in the morning message. Anything past its date is repeated there until somebody moves the card or changes the date, which is gentler than a notification at midnight.
Can we post from more than one board?
Yes, and each board can go to its own group or its own topic. Boards that share a group end up read by nobody, which is worth avoiding before it happens rather than after.
Anything to know about Telegram?
A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.
Anything to know about Trello?
The token belongs to the member who created it, so cards appear as created by that person, and the connection stops if they leave the workspace.
