Telegram and Notion, ready to switch on
New items in the Notion database you connect, and the property changes you name, arrive in the Telegram group you choose with a link straight to the page. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| New database item | Notion to Telegram | Within seconds | Title and the properties you name, in the group or the private chat you pick |
| Property changes | Notion to Telegram | Within seconds | Status and owner to begin with, and anything else you add to the list later |
| Straight to the page | Notion to Telegram | Every message | The link opens in the Notion app, which is the reason to have any of this on a phone |
| Evening digest | Notion to Telegram | Daily at 18:00, your time zone | What moved today, for a database that never sits still |
| Body edits stay quiet | In Notion | Always | Writing inside a page sends nothing; only the properties you chose do |

Before you decide
Can we create a page from a message?
Not in this one. It runs into the chat so the team sees the board without living in it. If turning a message into a page is what you actually want, describe it and we price it.
How do we keep it quiet enough to read?
Pick the databases and the moves worth posting, and leave the rest out. You can add more later; taking noise away after people have muted the channel is harder.
Group or private chat?
Either, and you can have both: a group for the database everyone follows, and a private message for the one that is only yours. Each person starts the bot once for private messages.
Can several people get the same messages?
In a group, yes, one message for everyone. For private messages each person starts the bot once and then gets their own copy. Running both at the same time is fine.
Which properties should we post?
Start with status and owner, since those are the two people ask about. Adding more later is a message to us, and adding all of them makes the chat unreadable by Thursday.
Anything to know about Telegram?
A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.
Anything to know about Notion?
An integration only sees the pages and databases you have connected it to, so a database nobody shared with it stays invisible even to a valid key.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
