How to set up Typeform and Telegram

- Paste the Typeform personal token and the Telegram bot token

Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about five minutes for both. - We check both keysEach key is checked against Typeform's and Telegram's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
- Send one test form, then we switch it onA minute or two. Fill in your own form and watch the message arrive in the chat, with every answer in it. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.
When Typeform or Telegram changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide
Can we answer the person from the chat?
No. The message carries their phone and email so somebody can answer from wherever you normally answer. Replying through the chat itself is a different build.
Can different forms go to different channels?
Yes. Tell us which form goes where while connecting. Sales forms in one place and job applications in another is the usual split.
Anything to know about Typeform?
A form needs an email or phone question if responses are to be matched to a person; without one there is nothing to match on and every response is a new record.
Anything to know about Telegram?
A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.
What if mine is a bit different?
