WooCommerce and HubSpot, ready to switch on
Every WooCommerce order opens a deal in the pipeline you keep for orders with the products as line items, the buyer becomes a contact with consent read from the checkout box, and each WooCommerce status lands on a stage you pick, all through the store's REST API. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order opens a deal | WooCommerce to HubSpot | Within seconds | Order number as the deal name, total as the amount, payment and shipping method in properties we set up |
| WooCommerce statuses as stages | WooCommerce to HubSpot | Within seconds | Pending, processing, on hold, completed, refunded and cancelled each land on a stage you pick |
| Guest checkouts count | WooCommerce to HubSpot | With every order | A guest with no account still becomes a contact from the billing email, marked as a guest |
| Consent from the checkout box | WooCommerce to HubSpot | With every order | The marketing subscription status follows the checkbox you name, so HubSpot never mails someone who didn't opt in |
| Coupons and products | WooCommerce to HubSpot | With every order | The coupon code in a property, the products as line items from your HubSpot product library matched by SKU |
| Order id on the deal | WooCommerce to HubSpot | Every order | So a retried webhook never makes a second deal |

Ways to connect WooCommerce and HubSpot
Two ways people connect these two, and what each one asks of you.
Before you decide
Is there a built-in HubSpot and WooCommerce integration?
Not from HubSpot itself. The results are plugins: HubSpot for WooCommerce by MakeWebBetter and WooCommerce Sync by Unific on HubSpot's marketplace, both installed on your site. They're good if you want a plugin. This pair installs nothing on WordPress, keeps one fixed rule, and a person maintains it.
What about abandoned carts?
WooCommerce has no cart object in its API, so that needs a plugin on the site or a different tool. We'd rather say that than promise it. Orders, customers and statuses are all there.
Can HubSpot integrate with WordPress?
With a WooCommerce store on WordPress, yes, through the store's REST API and nothing installed on the site: every order opens a deal with the products as line items, the buyer becomes a contact with consent read from the checkout box, and each WooCommerce status lands on a stage you pick. Forms or posts on a plain WordPress site aren't part of this pair; describe that separately.
How much does a HubSpot WooCommerce integration cost?
$59 a month, flat, whatever the number of orders. That covers everything in the table above, monitoring and fixes when WooCommerce or HubSpot changes its API. You need the free HubSpot CRM or any paid plan, and REST API keys from your own store; there's no plugin to buy.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
