- An access token belongs to one workspace, so a second workspace needs its own token.
- Intercom tells users and leads apart, and someone who wrote in without an email stays a lead until they identify themselves, which is also how we decide where to write.

Intercom access token. Open the Intercom Developer Hub at app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/developer-hub and press New app under Your Apps. About three minutes, and we check the key the moment you paste it.
