Help desk and chat integrations, ready to switch on

Support tools know what a customer is struggling with, and the rest of the company usually finds out too late. These pairs put the ticket on the CRM contact, tell the sales owner in Slack, or open a task for an engineer, and they close the loop when the ticket is solved.

You paste the help desk key and the other app's key, choose which tickets and which statuses matter, and the rest runs without anyone copying ticket numbers around.

Three ready-made pairs, $39 a month each. Apps in this category: Intercom, Zendesk.

What starts each help desk and chat pair

The first row of every pair's table: the event that sets it off, which way the data goes, and how soon. In three of the six pairs the first move writes into the help desk, in three it reads from it.
