Can I load an old list this way?
You can, and you should think about consent first. We add the addresses you put in the sheet; whether those people agreed to hear from you is a question only you can answer.
Why do rows go back on a schedule and not instantly?
Google Sheets does not tell anyone when a cell changes, so we look every few minutes. Everything travelling the other way, out of ActiveCampaign, is within seconds.
Anything to know about ActiveCampaign?
The API key belongs to the user who made it, so the integration acts with that user's permissions and shows up in the account as that user.
Anything to know about Google Sheets?
Google Sheets doesn't tell anyone when a cell changes, so anything we read back out of a sheet is picked up on a short schedule rather than the moment you type it.
