ActiveCampaign and monday.com, ready to switch on
A contact with the tag you nominate becomes an item on the monday.com board you choose, with the email and the source in the columns you mapped, and closing the item tags the contact back. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact becomes an item | ActiveCampaign to monday.com | Within seconds | In the group you choose, with email, source and the campaign written into your own columns |
| Tag changes move the group | ActiveCampaign to monday.com | When the tag changes | So a board shows a campaign as a funnel without anybody dragging items across it |
| The board feeds the campaign | monday.com to ActiveCampaign | When you add an item by hand | An item with an email joins the list you name, which is how a conference list gets used on Monday morning |
| Finishing closes the loop | monday.com to ActiveCampaign | When the item is done | The tag you pick goes onto the contact |
| Column ids, not names | In monday.com | Always | Mapped while connecting, so renaming a column afterwards changes nothing |

Before you decide
Which contacts turn into work?
Only the ones carrying a tag you name. That keeps the board about people someone has to act on, not about everyone who ever gave an email address.
Who ends up as the assignee?
The owner from ActiveCampaign when the same person exists in monday.com, otherwise the default you pick while connecting. Nothing lands unassigned.
What if our board has no email column?
Then add one, or tell us which column should hold it. The email is what ties an item back to the contact, so without it we can tag nobody when the work is finished.
Anything to know about ActiveCampaign?
The API key belongs to the user who made it, so the integration acts with that user's permissions and shows up in the account as that user.
Anything to know about monday.com?
The API is GraphQL and priced by complexity, so a big backfill arrives in steps rather than all at once, while day to day changes are immediate.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
