ClickUp and HubSpot, ready to switch on
A deal that reaches the stage you name opens its tasks in the ClickUp list you choose, with the customer, the amount and the owner already filled in, and closing that work is written back onto the deal. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Won deal opens its tasks | HubSpot to ClickUp | Within seconds | One task per line of your checklist in the list you choose, with the customer, the amount and the deal link |
| Deal owner becomes the assignee | HubSpot to ClickUp | With every task | Matched on email; anyone we can't match falls to the person you nominate |
| Stage moves the work | HubSpot to ClickUp | Within seconds | The stages you map move the task to another list, so the board follows the sale |
| Finishing writes back | ClickUp to HubSpot | When the last task closes | A note on the deal timeline saying what was delivered and when |
| One deal, one set of tasks | Both ways | Every change | The deal id lives on the task, so a stage moved twice doesn't open the work twice |

Before you decide
Which deals create work?
The ones that reach a stage you name. Most teams start at won, then add a second trigger once they see it working.
Does delivery have to open the CRM?
No, that is the point. Everything they need lands on the task: the customer, the amount, the notes. Sales gets the finish date back without asking for a status update.
Which ClickUp list do the tasks land in?
The one you name while connecting, and different deal stages can point at different lists. Spaces and folders stay as they are; we only write into the list you chose.
Do the tasks carry the deal's properties?
The ones you name, into ClickUp custom fields that already exist. Anything with no home in ClickUp goes into the task description, because a field dropped quietly is how delivery ends up phoning sales.
Anything to know about ClickUp?
The personal token acts as you, so tasks the integration creates show your name as their creator. A user made for the integration keeps that tidy.
Anything to know about HubSpot?
Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
