ActiveCampaign and Pipedrive, ready to switch on

A contact carrying the tag you nominate becomes a person in Pipedrive with a deal in the pipeline you choose, and opens and clicks are written as notes so the caller knows what marketing already sent. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the ActiveCampaign API key and the Pipedrive API token
Each has a short guide. About four minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Add one test contact
A minute or two. Add a contact with your own address in Pipedrive and watch it appear on the list in ActiveCampaign. From then on we watch it for you.

When ActiveCampaign or Pipedrive changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which side owns the contact?

You choose, field by field, and we set it before switching on. The common answer is that the CRM owns the phone and the owner, and the email tool owns consent and tags.

Do unsubscribes really carry over?

Yes, and that is the row worth reading twice. Someone who opts out in ActiveCampaign is marked in Pipedrive within seconds, which is what keeps a manual export from mailing them again.

Which tag should we point it at?

Whichever one already means someone is worth calling. Most teams use the tag their automation adds after a demo request, not the one every new subscriber gets.

Anything to know about ActiveCampaign?

The API key belongs to the user who made it, so the integration acts with that user's permissions and shows up in the account as that user.

Anything to know about Pipedrive?

The API token belongs to your user, so deals and notes appear under your name unless you make a dedicated user for the integration.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
