Before you decide
Which way does it run?
Into the chat. HubSpot stays the place where work is done, Discord is where the team sees it happen. Editing a deal from a message is a different job; tell us what you want and we price it.
Will it fill the channel?
You pick the stages and the pipeline that matter, and that is all that gets posted. Most teams start with new deals and wins, then add more once they see the volume.
Can the team update a deal from Discord?
No. A Discord webhook posts into its one channel and reads nothing back, so this runs one way. If you need Discord to change HubSpot, describe it and we price it.
Who can see these posts?
Everybody who can read that channel, since Discord permissions are the only gate. Deal amounts in a server with hundreds of members is a decision worth making on purpose, and the amount can be left out of the post.
Anything to know about Discord?
A webhook posts into the one channel it was made for, so a second channel means a second webhook.
Anything to know about HubSpot?
Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
