Google Sheets and Notion, ready to switch on

A row you add in the sheet becomes an item in the Notion database you connect with the columns you map, and the status of that item is written back into the row. You paste a Notion key and a link to your sheet, and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Google Sheets link and the Notion integration secret
Each has a short guide. About six minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Add one test row
A minute or two. Add a row in Google Sheets and wait for the page to appear in Notion. It runs on a short schedule, so give it a minute.

When Google Sheets or Notion changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Why a minute and not seconds?

Google Sheets does not tell anyone when a cell changes, so we check on a short schedule. If instant matters more than the sheet does, the other tool should be the starting point.

What if two people edit the same thing?

The last change wins, and we never overwrite a column we don't own. For anything where that is not good enough, tell us which side should always win and we set it.

Anything to know about Google Sheets?

Google Sheets doesn't tell anyone when a cell changes, so anything we read back out of a sheet is picked up on a short schedule rather than the moment you type it.

Anything to know about Notion?

An integration only sees the pages and databases you have connected it to, so a database nobody shared with it stays invisible even to a valid key.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
