Notion and Stripe, ready to switch on

Payments, new subscriptions, cancellations and refunds land as items in the Notion database you connect, with the plan, the amount and the customer as properties you can group and filter. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Notion integration secret and the Stripe restricted key
Each has a short guide. About seven minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Make one test payment
A minute or two. Run a test payment in Stripe and watch the page appear in the database with the amount on it.

When Notion or Stripe changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Does anything go back into Stripe?

No. Money is read, never written. Closing a page changes nothing about the payment, which is how it should be.

Which events deserve a page?

Start with failures and disputes, since those have a deadline. Successful payments are worth a page only if somebody actually does something when one arrives.

Do the properties have to exist first?

Yes. Notion writes into properties, so the database needs its columns before the first item lands. Tell us the names you want and we map them while connecting.

Anything to know about Notion?

An integration only sees the pages and databases you have connected it to, so a database nobody shared with it stays invisible even to a valid key.

Anything to know about Stripe?

A restricted key with read access can only read. It can't move money, and we never ask for your secret key.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
