HubSpot and Notion, ready to switch on

New deals and the stage changes you choose appear as items in your Notion database with the amount, the owner and the customer, so people who never open the CRM still see where things stand. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the HubSpot private app token and the Notion integration secret
Each has a short guide. About eight minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Win one test deal
A minute or two. Move a test deal to the stage you chose and watch the page appear in the database. From then on we watch it for you.

When HubSpot or Notion changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which deals create work?

The ones that reach a stage you name. Most teams start at won, then add a second trigger once they see it working.

Does delivery have to open the CRM?

No, that is the point. Everything they need lands on the page: the customer, the amount, the notes. Sales gets the finish date back without asking for a status update.

Why mirror the CRM into Notion at all?

Because the people who need to see the quarter often have no CRM seat: founders, delivery, finance. This gives them a Notion view they can filter, without a licence or a login they'd forget.

Anything to know about HubSpot?

Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.

Anything to know about Notion?

An integration only sees the pages and databases you have connected it to, so a database nobody shared with it stays invisible even to a valid key.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
