Can the team edit the sheet?
Yes. Columns we own are rewritten when Kommo changes, and anything you type elsewhere in the row stays. If you want an edit in Google Sheets to change Kommo, that is a different job and we price it.
How far back does it go?
From the moment you switch it on. Pulling the history you already have in Kommo is a one-off job we scope with you first, because the fields people used two years ago are rarely the fields they use now.
Anything to know about Kommo?
Kommo is the international edition of amoCRM, so the same long-lived token and API apply.
Anything to know about Google Sheets?
Google Sheets doesn't tell anyone when a cell changes, so anything we read back out of a sheet is picked up on a short schedule rather than the moment you type it.
