How to set up Notion and Slack

Before you decide
Can we create a page from a message?
Not in this one; it runs into the chat. If a message should become a page, describe it and we price it.
How do we keep it quiet?
Name the databases and the moves worth posting. Everything else stays on the board.
Which changes are worth posting?
The properties you name, usually status and owner. Editing the body of a page posts nothing, because a document being written is not news to a channel.
Can we post from more than one database?
Yes, and each can go to its own channel. Every database has to be connected to the integration in Notion first, which is two clicks on the page and is also what stops us seeing anything you didn't share.
Do private pages in the database get posted?
Only pages inside a database you connected to the integration. Anything you never shared stays invisible to it, so a personal database can sit in the same workspace without leaking into Slack.
Does Notion integrate with Slack?
