Shopify and Telegram, ready to switch on

Paid orders arrive in the Telegram group you choose with the items, the total and the delivery town, and refunds, cancellations and abandoned carts above the sum you set get their own message. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Shopify Admin API token and the Telegram bot token
Each has a short guide. About seven minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Place one test order
A minute or two. Create a test order in Shopify and watch the post arrive in the chat. From then on we watch it for you.

When Shopify or Telegram changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Every order, really?

If that suits you. Shops with a lot of small orders usually post the ones above a sum they choose and take the rest in the daily line.

Can we answer the buyer from the chat?

Not in this one. It runs into the chat so the team sees the shop without opening it. If you want replies to reach the buyer, describe it and we price it.

Can the group answer the customer?

No. The message carries the order and the customer's details so somebody can reply from wherever you normally reply. A bot writing to buyers is a different build, and we price it separately.

Can a picture of the product come with the order?

Yes, the first product image can be attached to the message. It helps in a group where people pack the orders, and it's easy to switch off if everybody is on mobile data.

Anything to know about Shopify?

A custom app's Admin API token is shown once; if you lose it you create a new one from the same screen.

Anything to know about Telegram?

A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
