Telegram and Stripe, ready to switch on

Every payment, refund, failed charge and dispute arrives in the Telegram group you choose with the amount and the customer, and one morning message carries yesterday's totals. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Telegram bot token and the Stripe restricted key
Each has a short guide. About five minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Make one test payment
A minute or two. Create a test payment in Stripe and watch the post appear in the chat. From then on we watch it for you.

When Telegram or Stripe changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which currency does a post show?

The one the payment was taken in, exactly as Stripe recorded it. If you sell in several, the currency is in every message so nobody adds euros to dollars in their head.

Can somebody open the payment from the post?

Yes, each message carries a link into Stripe. The person who needs the detail is one tap away from it, which is why the message itself can stay short.

Can we keep the amounts out of the group?

Yes. Some teams post only the event and the customer, and leave the sums to the people with a Stripe login. Say so while connecting and the messages go out without figures.

Is a group chat a sensible place for this?

Only a group you control. The messages carry amounts and customer names. Card details are never sent, and if the group is wider than the finance team the sums can be left out entirely.

Anything to know about Telegram?

A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.

Anything to know about Stripe?

A restricted key with read access can only read. It can't move money, and we never ask for your secret key.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
