Webflow and HubSpot, ready to switch on

Every submission from your Webflow forms becomes a HubSpot contact with the answers on the timeline and the UTM tags in properties, a form you name opens a deal, and a Webflow shop order becomes a contact with the order attached. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

How to set up Webflow and HubSpot

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours.

  1. Choose Webflow and HubSpot
Press Connect. This pair is already selected on the checkout page at $39 a month, and there's nothing else to pick.
  2. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. The account opens with this integration waiting for its two keys.
  3. Paste the Webflow site API token and the HubSpot private app token
    • Webflow site API token: in your Webflow dashboard find the site and press the gear icon to open its settings. Full Webflow guide
    • HubSpot private app token: in HubSpot open Settings, then Integrations, then Private apps, and create an app. Full HubSpot guide
Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about seven minutes for both.
  4. We check both keys
Each key is checked against Webflow's and HubSpot's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
  5. Send one test form, then it's Running
A minute or two. Fill in your own form and watch the contact appear in HubSpot with the answers on it. From then on we watch it for you.

When Webflow or HubSpot changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

$39a month
  • Everything in the table above, with monitoring on.
  • Fixes when either app changes its API.
  • A person on live chat, replies within a working hour.
  • Custom logic beyond the table is priced separately.

Before you decide

What if the form has no email question?

Then there is nothing to match a person by. Add an email or a phone question, or tell us which answer should be the key, and we use that.

Which forms does it catch?

All of them, or the ones you name. The form name and the page travel with every submission, so you can tell a pricing enquiry from a newsletter signup later.

Webflow has a HubSpot app already.

It has: Webflow's marketplace describes it as embedding and styling HubSpot forms in Webflow, so the form itself is HubSpot's. If you're happy to build forms in HubSpot, that's the neat answer. This pair is for sites that keep their own Webflow forms and want the submissions in the CRM with UTM tags, deals by form, and orders included.

Anything to know about Webflow?

A site token covers one site, so a second site needs its own token.

Anything to know about HubSpot?

Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
