Webflow and Telegram, ready to switch on

Every submission from your Webflow forms, and every new shop order if you sell there, arrives in the Telegram group you choose with the answers and the page it came from. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the Webflow site token and the Telegram bot token
Each has a short guide. About five minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Send one test form
A minute or two. Fill in your own form and watch the message arrive in the chat, with every answer in it.

When Webflow or Telegram changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Can we answer the person from the chat?

No. The message carries their phone and email so somebody can answer from wherever you normally answer. Replying through the chat itself is a different build.

Can different forms go to different channels?

Yes. Tell us which form goes where while connecting. Sales forms in one place and job applications in another is the usual split.

What if we swap our forms for another tool later?

Then this stops seeing them, because only Webflow's own forms come through its API. It's worth knowing before you embed a form from somewhere else on a page that people rely on.

Anything to know about Webflow?

A site token covers one site, so a second site needs its own token.

Anything to know about Telegram?

A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
