Calendly integrations, ready to switch on
Calendly handles the booking link, and each booking, reschedule or cancellation is something the CRM, the messenger or the team chat should hear about. A personal access token from Integrations and apps is enough. You paste it, and we create the webhook on your event types ourselves.

Calendly and the apps it talks to
Four pairs, $39 a month each, flat whatever the volume, all on the same Calendly personal access token. Click a pair to see exactly what moves, and when.
Name the second app and say what should go where. A person replies with a price within a working day, and the finished integration shows up in the same account as the ready-made ones.
What Calendly sends and receives
Each line is a row from one pair's table, in that pair's own words. Open the pair for the rule behind it.
Out of Calendly
- Booking confirmation to WhatsApp, within seconds of the booking
- Reminder the day before to WhatsApp, 24 hours before the meeting
- Reminder an hour before to WhatsApp, 1 hour before the meeting
- No-show to you to WhatsApp, when you mark a no-show in Calendly
- New booking into a deal to HubSpot, within seconds
- Answers from the booking form to HubSpot, with every booking
- Reschedule to HubSpot, within seconds
- Cancellation to HubSpot, within seconds
Good to know about Calendly
- The phone number comes from your booking form, so add the phone question and make it required if messages should reach the people who book.
- Calendly sends webhooks about new bookings on its paid plans, from Standard up. On the Free plan the token still works, so we check for new bookings on a short schedule instead, which is a minute rather than a second.
Before you decide
What do I paste to connect Calendly?
Calendly personal access token. In Calendly open Integrations and apps, then API and webhooks. About two minutes, and we check the key the moment you paste it.
What if the pair I need isn't here?
Describe it: name the second app and say what should go where. A person replies with a price within a working day, and the finished integration shows up in the same account as the ready-made ones.
What happens when Calendly changes its API?
We fix the integration on our side within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.
