Calendly and Telegram, ready to switch on

Everyone who books gets a confirmation and reminders in Telegram, a change or a cancellation sends an update, and your team sees tomorrow's meetings in one evening message. You paste two keys in your account and we switch it on for you.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

How to set up Calendly and Telegram

A few minutes of your time, then it's ours.

  1. Choose Calendly and Telegram
Press Connect. This pair is already selected on the checkout page at $39 a month, and there's nothing else to pick.
  2. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. The account opens with this integration waiting for its two keys.
  3. Paste the Calendly personal token and the Telegram bot token
    • Calendly personal token: in Calendly open Integrations and apps, then API and webhooks. Full Calendly guide
    • Telegram bot token: open @BotFather in Telegram and press Start. Full Telegram guide
Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about four minutes for both.
  4. We check both keys
Each key is checked against Calendly's and Telegram's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
  5. Book one test slot, then we switch it on
A minute or two. Make a booking in Calendly with your own contact details and watch the confirmation arrive. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.

When Calendly or Telegram changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

$39a month

  • Fixes when either app changes its API.
  • A person on live chat, weekdays 10:00 to 19:00 EET.
  • Custom logic beyond the table is priced separately.

Before you decide

Do the reminders go to the client or to us?

Both, and you decide which is which. Confirmations and reminders go to the person who booked, while the daily list and the awkward cases go to the team chat.

Can we change the times?

Yes. A day before and two hours before is where we start. Say in the chat that you want three hours, or one, and we change it. Small edits like that cost nothing.

How does the person who books end up in Telegram?

They open your bot once and tap Start, which is the rule Telegram sets for everybody. Put the bot link on the booking confirmation page and most people do it without being asked twice.

Anything to know about Calendly?

The phone number comes from your booking form, so add the phone question and make it required if messages should reach the people who book.

Anything to know about Telegram?

A bot can't read messages sent before it was added to a chat, so old conversations stay where they are.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
