Calendly and HubSpot, ready to switch on

Everyone who books a slot becomes a HubSpot contact with a deal in the pipeline you choose, the booking form answers on the timeline and the UTM tags in properties, and cancellations follow. You paste two keys in your account and we switch it on for you.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

How to set up Calendly and HubSpot

A few minutes of your time, then it's ours.

  1. Choose Calendly and HubSpot
Press Connect. This pair is already selected on the checkout page at $39 a month, and there's nothing else to pick.
  2. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. The account opens with this integration waiting for its two keys.
  3. Paste the Calendly personal token and the HubSpot private app token
    • Calendly personal token: in Calendly open Integrations and apps, then API and webhooks. Full Calendly guide
    • HubSpot private app token: in HubSpot open Settings, then Integrations, then Private apps, and create an app. Full HubSpot guide
Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about six minutes for both.
  4. We check both keys
Each key is checked against Calendly's and HubSpot's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
  5. Book one test slot, then we switch it on
A minute or two. Book a slot with yourself and watch the contact and the deal appear in HubSpot. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.

When Calendly or HubSpot changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which meetings does it catch?

Any event type in the account, or only the ones you name. Teams usually start with the sales call and leave internal meetings out of the CRM.

Do the emails from Calendly still go out?

Yes. Calendly keeps sending its own confirmations and calendar invites. This adds the CRM side, it does not switch anything off.

Anything to know about Calendly?

The phone number comes from your booking form, so add the phone question and make it required if messages should reach the people who book.

Anything to know about HubSpot?

Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
