ActiveCampaign and ClickUp, ready to switch on

A contact carrying the tag you nominate opens a task in the ClickUp list you choose with the email, the source and a due date, and closing the task tags them back in ActiveCampaign. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when

The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the ActiveCampaign API key and the ClickUp API token
Each has a short guide. About four minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Tag one test contact
A minute or two. Put the tag you chose on a contact in ActiveCampaign and watch the task appear in the list. From then on we watch it for you.

When ActiveCampaign or ClickUp changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which contacts turn into work?

Only the ones carrying a tag you name. That keeps the board about people someone has to act on, not about everyone who ever gave an email address.

Who ends up as the assignee?

The owner from ActiveCampaign when the same person exists in ClickUp, otherwise the default you pick while connecting. Nothing lands unassigned.

Which ClickUp list should we point it at?

The one your team actually opens each morning. Tags that mean different work can point at different lists, and we set that up while connecting rather than leaving you a rule to maintain.

Anything to know about ActiveCampaign?

The API key belongs to the user who made it, so the integration acts with that user's permissions and shows up in the account as that user.

Anything to know about ClickUp?

The personal token acts as you, so tasks the integration creates show your name as their creator. A user made for the integration keeps that tidy.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
