Airtable and HubSpot, ready to switch on

A record in the Airtable table you connect becomes a HubSpot contact or deal with the fields you map, and a stage change in HubSpot is written back into the record. You paste two keys in your account and we switch it on for you.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

How to set up Airtable and HubSpot

A few minutes of your time, then it's ours.

  1. Choose Airtable and HubSpot
Press Connect. This pair is already selected on the checkout page at $39 a month, and there's nothing else to pick.
  2. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. The account opens with this integration waiting for its two keys.
  3. Paste the Airtable token and base ID and the HubSpot private app token
    • Airtable token and base ID: open airtable.com/create/tokens and press Create new token. Full Airtable guide
    • HubSpot private app token: in HubSpot open Settings, then Integrations, then Private apps, and create an app. Full HubSpot guide
Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about eight minutes for both.
  4. We check both keys
Each key is checked against Airtable's and HubSpot's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
  5. Move one test deal, then we switch it on
A minute or two. Change a test deal in HubSpot and watch its record appear and then update. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.

When Airtable or HubSpot changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

$39a month

  • A person on live chat, weekdays 10:00 to 19:00 EET.
  • Custom logic beyond the table is priced separately.

Before you decide

Can the team edit the sheet?

Yes. We rewrite only the columns we own; what you type elsewhere stays. An edit in Airtable doesn't change HubSpot.

How far back does it go?

From the day it's switched on. History is a one-off job we scope with you first.

Which Airtable view feeds HubSpot?

One view you name, usually a filtered one like Ready for sales. Records that leave the view stop syncing but keep their HubSpot id, so they pick up again if they come back.

Anything to know about Airtable?

A personal access token reaches only the bases you tick while creating it, so pick the base first and the token stays narrow.

Anything to know about HubSpot?

Private apps are available on the free CRM, so no paid plan is needed for the token.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
