Bitrix24 and WhatsApp, ready to switch on
Client dialogues from WhatsApp land in the deal card in Bitrix24, managers answer from the CRM, and a number nobody knows opens a deal with the chat already attached. You paste a webhook and a key in your account and we switch it on for you.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Client message into the deal | WhatsApp to Bitrix24 | Within seconds | A known phone joins its open deal; a new one creates the contact and a deal in the pipeline you choose |
| Manager reply | Bitrix24 to WhatsApp | Within seconds | Sent from the deal timeline, from your own number, and kept in the timeline as a record |
| Responsible manager | In Bitrix24 | Every new deal | Set by the rule you choose, so the deal is somebody's from the first message |
| Photos, files and voice notes | Both ways | Within seconds | Stored on the deal in Bitrix24; voice notes arrive as audio files |
| Template after a day of silence | Bitrix24 to WhatsApp | When the manager writes | Outside the day WhatsApp allows free replies we send the approved template you picked |
| Duplicate check | Both ways | Every message | Matched by phone in international format, so a client who wrote last month lands in the same card |

Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about nine minutes for both. - We check both keysEach key is checked against Bitrix24's and WhatsApp's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
- Move one test deal, then we switch it onA minute or two. Change the stage of a test deal in Bitrix24 and watch the post arrive in WhatsApp. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.
When Bitrix24 or WhatsApp changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.
- Everything in the table above, with monitoring on.
- Fixes when either app changes its API.
- A person on live chat, weekdays 10:00 to 19:00 EET.
- Custom logic beyond the table is priced separately.
What it will cost once you can switch it on yourself. While we're in beta we connect it by hand and don't charge for it.
Ways to connect Bitrix24 and WhatsApp
Two ways people connect these two, and what each one asks of you.
Before you decide
Which WhatsApp does this need?
The official WhatsApp Business API from Meta, on a number you own. The app on a phone has no API, so it can't be connected. If you don't have the API yet, tell us and we walk you through it.
Do we need Bitrix24 open channels for this?
No. The webhook you create is enough, and the dialogue is written into the deal timeline. If you already use open channels for other messengers, they carry on as they are.
Which permissions does the webhook need?
CRM, so we can read and write deals and contacts. Make it as an administrator, or as a user who sees every deal, otherwise chats from deals they can't see will not arrive.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
