monday.com and Pipedrive, ready to switch on

A deal that reaches the stage you name becomes an item on the monday.com board you choose with the customer, the amount and the owner, and closing that item leaves a note on the deal. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

Ten minutes of your time, then it's ours

  1. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. This integration is already selected.
  2. Paste the monday.com API token and the Pipedrive API token
Each has a short guide. About four minutes. If one doesn't work, a person joins the chat.
  3. Win one test deal
A minute or two. Move a test deal to the stage you chose and watch the item appear in the board. From then on we watch it for you.

When monday.com or Pipedrive changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

Before you decide

Which deals create work?

The ones that reach a stage you name. Most teams start at won, then add a second trigger once they see it working.

Does delivery have to open the CRM?

No, that is the point. Everything they need lands on the item: the customer, the amount, the notes. Sales gets the finish date back without asking for a status update.

Can delivery see the deal value?

Only if you want them to. The numbers column is optional, and plenty of teams map the customer and the dates across while leaving the money in Pipedrive where the sales team keeps it.

What if delivery works on several boards?

Then map the stage or the product to a board while connecting. A won deal for design and a won deal for installation rarely belong on the same board, and pretending they do is how a board ends up abandoned.

Anything to know about monday.com?

The API is GraphQL and priced by complexity, so a big backfill arrives in steps rather than all at once, while day to day changes are immediate.

Anything to know about Pipedrive?

The API token belongs to your user, so deals and notes appear under your name unless you make a dedicated user for the integration.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
