YCLIENTS and WhatsApp, ready to switch on

Clients get a confirmation and two reminders on WhatsApp with the service, the time and the specialist, a cancellation frees the slot, and a no-show is told to the front desk. You paste two keys in your account and we switch it on for you.

No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

How to set up YCLIENTS and WhatsApp

A few minutes of your time, then it's ours.

  1. Choose YCLIENTS and WhatsApp
Press Connect. This pair is already selected on the checkout page at $39 a month, and there's nothing else to pick.
  2. Pay and open your account
Card or invoice, about two minutes. The account opens with this integration waiting for its two keys.
  3. Paste the YCLIENTS API key and the WhatsApp Business key
    • YCLIENTS API key: in YCLIENTS open Settings, then Integrations, then API and create a key. Full YCLIENTS guide
    • WhatsApp Business key: open Meta for Developers, your app, then WhatsApp, then API setup. Full WhatsApp guide
Each screen carries the full guide with the exact menu names, about nine minutes for both.
  4. We check both keys
Each key is checked against YCLIENTS's and WhatsApp's own API the moment you paste it. If one doesn't pass, the screen says what to fix, and a person joins the chat if that isn't enough.
  5. Book one test slot, then we switch it on
A minute or two. Make a booking in YCLIENTS with your own contact details and watch the confirmation arrive. From then on we watch it for you. A person checks the setup and switches it on, within a working day.

When YCLIENTS or WhatsApp changes its API, we fix it within a working day. You don't get a ticket to solve.

  • Fixes when either app changes its API.
  • A person on live chat, weekdays 10:00 to 19:00 EET.
  • Custom logic beyond the table is priced separately.

Before you decide

Do the reminders go to the client or to us?

Both, and you decide which is which. Confirmations and reminders go to the person who booked, while the daily list and the awkward cases go to the team chat.

Can we change the times?

Yes. A day before and two hours before is where we start. Say in the chat that you want three hours, or one, and we change it. Small edits like that cost nothing.

What about clients who don't use WhatsApp?

They keep getting whatever YCLIENTS already sends them. This adds a channel; it doesn't switch the old ones off, and nobody ends up with no reminder at all.

Anything to know about YCLIENTS?

YCLIENTS keeps sending its own SMS reminders; a messenger integration adds a channel, it doesn't switch anything off.

Anything to know about WhatsApp?

Only the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta can be connected; the WhatsApp app on a phone has no API.

What if mine is a bit different?

Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price within a working day and build into the same account.
