ClickUp and monday.com, ready to switch on
A task in the ClickUp list you choose appears as an item on the monday.com board you name, with the due date and the owner, and a status change on either side moves the other. You paste two keys in your account and it runs, in about ten minutes.
No setup fee, cancel any month, and a person on live chat if a key doesn't work.

What moves, and when
The details you would normally get after a sales call. Here they are up front.
| What | Direction | When | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Task appears as an item | ClickUp to monday.com | Within seconds | In the group you choose, with the due date in your date column and the owner in People |
| Item appears as a task | monday.com to ClickUp | Within seconds | In the list you name, with your priority column mapped onto ClickUp priority |
| Statuses in your own words | Both ways | Within seconds | Mapped once while connecting, because neither tool ships with the other's vocabulary |
| Numbers and dates | Both ways | When they change | The columns and custom fields you pair up travel, and the rest stay where they are |
| The tie that holds | Both ways | Every change | An id kept in a field on each side, which is why nothing doubles when both teams work at once |

Before you decide
Which one is the source of truth?
Neither, and that is why the loop guard matters. Each team works where it prefers, and the twin follows. If you would rather one side be read-only, say so and we set it that way.
Do subtasks and checklists come across?
The top level does, with title, dates and assignee. Subtasks and checklists differ so much between these two that we treat them as a custom job rather than pretending they map cleanly.
Two boards for the same work sounds like trouble.
It is, unless one of them is clearly the place decisions are made. Most teams here use monday.com for the plan people outside the team look at, and ClickUp for the work itself. We keep the pair honest.
What about time tracking?
It stays where it is. Both tools track time their own way, and merging two timers gives you a number nobody trusts. The task and the item stay in step; the hours belong to whichever tool your invoices come out of.
Anything to know about ClickUp?
The personal token acts as you, so tasks the integration creates show your name as their creator. A user made for the integration keeps that tidy.
Anything to know about monday.com?
The API is GraphQL and priced by complexity, so a big backfill arrives in steps rather than all at once, while day to day changes are immediate.
What if mine is a bit different?
Tell us what should go where in plain words. Small changes to the rules above are usually free; bigger ones we price the same day and build into the same account.
