Asana integrations, ready to switch on
Asana organizes work into projects, sections and tasks, with custom fields for whatever the team tracks. New deals, tickets, form responses and payments often need a task there so someone picks them up. You create a personal access token in the developer console, paste it, and tasks appear in the project you choose.

Asana and the apps it talks to
Eight pairs, $39 a month each, flat whatever the volume, all on the same Asana personal access token. Click a pair to see exactly what moves, and when.
Projects and tasks
Name the second app and say what should go where. A person replies with a price within a working day, and the finished integration shows up in the same account as the ready-made ones.
What Asana sends and receives

Good to know about Asana
- A personal access token acts as your user, so tasks are created in your name and only in projects that user can see.
- Amounts, sources and other extra columns need the custom fields to exist in the project first; otherwise that detail goes into the task description instead.
